Methods of payment
We use a Paypal based checkout system which therefore you can use your Paypal account or any debit/credit card.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties.
What are the delivery/postage options.
we have four options you can
1, Instore collection.
2, Normal delivery costing £2.95 per package within the UK. This method takes 3-5 days.
3. Express this is the quickest method it costs £6.95,
4. Free delivery on Tuesdays and Fridays within Swansea, Llanelli, Neath and Port Talbot, Order before 4pm on Monday and receive on Friday and order before 4pm on Thursday and receive on the Following Tuesday.
How do I order.
Choose a an item which already has a design on it, then in checkout send us a comment with any personalisation you want on it.
Choose a blank item and you will various options of how you can personalise it, select which option you would like and purchase it, then send us an email telling us what you would like.
If you want to add a photo then send us an email with the image attached send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
At checkout there is a comments box please leave company names etc. whatever you want on the logo etc. in this box and make sure your contact number is displayed. However this is only a small box so we recommend an email.
As soon as we receive your order we will email you with the clarification and the confirmation of colours etc.
We will then do you a demo of your image and writing and sent that to you by email so you can see the way it will look.
Once we have the ok from you we will personalise your items and then send them out to you.
Are there discounts
for 10+ items 10%
for 50 + items 20%
for 100 + items 25%
For discount you will need to contact us so that we can send you an invoice.There is NO discount on school uniform we already discount these items.
What happens if I am not happy
Simple we are just an email or a phone call away. You will speak directly to the person who can answer and solve all problems, just tell us your problem and we aim to solve all problems immediately if we have to wait for tracking information e.g. lost parcel, or for you to send us information then it may take a little longer but at all times you will be told who you are dealing with and at what stage your issue is at and as always you can call us at anytime.
Still not happy
if we can not solve it you have all the right of the legal system and we will comply in any manner we can to help you resolve any problem. We are a company owned by people who work here so it will be very hard to find a problem that can not be solved.
Please be aware if you are sending us a logo to put on your item that you are legally entitled to do so, That the logo belongs to you and you have the right to give permission. Do not be offended if we ask you to prove that you have the right to duplicate the logo.
Do not send us in logos that will breach copyright law, we will check the copyright register to ensure we are acting legally and if we find that you are trying to breach the law we will keep all monies paid and give your details to the relevant authorities.
